Lozenets Residence
Lozenetz Residence is an exclusive multifunctional residential building in one of the most prestigious districts of Sofia, designed by a French-Bulgarian architectural company with world achievements and architectural designs.

The latest achievements of global technology have been used in the building. Its hyperboloid arch-like shape was achieved by means of a ventilated facade of natural stone and “double-skin” (double glazed) openwork system, contributing to the more efficient thermal and sound insulation.
In the summer natural ventilation is ensured through a continuous circulating airflow when the upper and lower grilles are open, and in the winter they are closed and thus an intermediate insulating space forms.
The outer layer of the double facade is made of transparent serigraphed glass, depicting the oldest Bulgarian decorative ornament – „elbetitsa“, personification of the Bulgarian power, traditions and spirit of the Revival. The contrast between dense stone elements and glass contributes to the majestic vision of the building.
The building is unique both with its unique symbolic appearance and its functionality and representativeness of the indoor spaces, especially of the spacious, double-height entrance lobby.
A landscaped atrium with natural overhead lighting is located in the heart of the building. Thus the unique interior atmosphere, providing comfort for all occupants, is achieved.
The building offers a shopping centre, a conference centre, a spa centre with a heated swimming pool.
